At Brand Work Solutions, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we handle returns:
📅 Returns Window
- You have 28 days from delivery to return items.
- After 28 days, we only accept returns if the product is faulty.
✅ Eligible Returns
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging intact
- Not customised or personalised (unless faulty)
⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- We’ll provide a free returns label or arrange collection.
- Full refund issued within 5 working days of receiving your return.
🔄 Change of Mind
- You cover return postage.
- Refunds exclude original delivery charges.
- Use a tracked service for your protection.
🚫 Non-returnable Items
- Customised or personalised products
- Opened hygiene items (e.g. underwear)
- Returns after 28 days (unless faulty)
💳 Refunds
- Issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5 working days once processed.
