Direct To Film Printing
Extremely Crisp and Sharp Reproduction.
The quality of DTF printed garments is just fantastic. Colour reproduction is always 1st rate.
Incredible Colour mixing with proper graduation
The DTF pallet is around 16.5 Million Colours compared to 16 colours offered in one design with embroidery. Colours are vibrant and will not fade.
Hardwearing, robust Logos
Provided care is taken whilst laundering, the durability of this process is getting towards matching that of embroidery.
Better on breathable and thicker garments
This process does not allow for any puckering and is also great for thick garments where a needle would be dificult to penetrate.
Much more cost effective and FAST
DTF printing allows for much larger and more noticable logos. As there is minimal setting up for the process, one the prep has been done, garments can be printed much more quickly.
More difficult to colour match
The difficulty in colour matching for consistant logos is very much at the hands of the printer, Brand origionate and press all of their own designs.
Garment Ironing
DTF hates irons. Garments need to be ironed inside out.
Puckering
Whilst embroidery is durable, continued garment washing can lead to puckering around the edges which frankly can look terrible.
Small Detail
Due to the exact reproduction of the original, the DTF process picks out every tiny detail in a logo. Hence this is only as good as the original. We at Brand can get a “rough” logo redrawn to ensure the result is top class.
Skill Of The Printer
Due to the fluid nature of the application of DTF prints, (Every design is different) the whole process can produce awful results in inexperienced hands. We have the technical background and experience to enure your logo is reproduced perfectly every time.
