How to Return an Item
30-day returns — Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Step 1: Email [email protected] or call 0191 4177566 to notify us.
✅ Step 2: Pack items securely with your order number inside the parcel.
✅ Step 3: Send to us. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days of receipt.
Important to Know
❌ Customised items (embroidered or printed) cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described — check sizing before ordering.
⚠️ Faulty or incorrect items? Contact us immediately and we’ll arrange a free return and priority replacement.
💳 Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
