How It Works
Step 1 — Place your order
You receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
Step 2 — We process & dispatch
In-stock items are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Embroidered or printed items take 7–10 working days from artwork approval.
Step 3 — Track your delivery
You’ll receive a dispatch email with your courier name and a real-time tracking link.
Can’t find your dispatch email?
Check your spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate straight away.
